Customer service is often touted as a company's number one priority. However, in day to day practice some business's lose site of just how important good customer service is to their survival.

An article published on Forbes' website listed 40 quotes about customer service that are rather interesting. They speak to concepts business people should already be focused on, but will sometimes lose sight of.

Below is a sampling from the list. These statements may cause you to pause and reevaluate how your company does business. It is a nice refresher on what should be most important to any company: the customer.
